Shipping Policy
We deliver in-house directly to your location to minimize risk, and we're committed to transparent, premium service from inquiry to arrival.
Processing & Lead Times
- Processing: Orders for pre-made items will be delivered within 1-14 days from payment confirmation, subject to our availability.
- Lead time: We require a brief window to prepare, package, and transport pieces securely. If there are any delays (e.g. holiday peak period), you'll be updated promptly.
- Rush options: Available on request with a corresponding fee and guaranteed delivery window, subject to availability.
Delivery & Handling
- In-house delivery: We handle delivery from our studio direct to your location to minimize risk of damage.
- Packaging: We double-wrap all our pieces in wrapping paper, reinforced by bubble wrap and packed snugly into a sealed cardboard box.
- Liability: It is best if you or someone you know can be at your requested location to receive and inspect the piece on arrival. We always do a final inspection before packing, and once delivered, will not take any responsibility for damage for the piece.
Processing Time, Tracking & Updates
- You'll receive a delivery window estimate and a notification when the piece is en route.
- For in-house deliveries, you'll be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Fees
- Domestic delivery: We currently only ship within Singapore, but are working to expand our shipping options to Southeast Asia. Delivery fees are separate from the price of the piece, and further charges may apply for distant locations or special delivery requirements - these will be disclosed prior to payment.
