Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

- All orders are final, no returns or exchanges allowed. unless cracks or damages were discovered in transit.

- Do contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos to arrange for refund.  

- Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method. Upon inspection of the damaged item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. 

Commissioned Works

- Damages sustained by commissioned work in transit are valid for either a refund or replacement. 

- Cancellations prior to production start for commissions are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations after production has started may incur a processing fee or forfeit the deposit, depending on progress.
